General Mediation
Disputes occur in many different situations. Neighbours don't always get along, consumers are not always satisfied, employers and employees don't always see eye to eye and tenants and landlords don't always agree. These situations can be very stressul and often impact on the wellbeing and functioning of families. Many different issues can be resolved at Mediation - avoiding the need for litigation or tribunals.
Our General Mediation service brings together parties in dispute to understand each other's concerns, help them to understand each other's points of view and explore possible solutions before finally reaching an agreement to resolve the dispute.
Conducted either face to face, by phone or online, our General Mediation service can help you get through situations which are causing you and your family stress so you can restore your wellbeing and happiness, function better and get on with the things that matter the most.

Our Mediator is a professionally qualified, accredited and registered General Mediator who meets the National Mediator Australia Standards (NMAS).
The safety of all parties in conflict is prioritised to ensure everyone feels free to participate and express their wants and needs.
The future is the focus at Mediation. We help parties reach an acceptable agreement so they can move forward in their lives without the stress of ongoing conflict.
We don't take sides, share any information you don't want us to and will always treat everyone involved with unconditional respect.
We understand that meeting face to face is not always possible or ideal for many different reasons. That's why we also offer mediation by phone and online.
Mediation is a type of Alternative Dispute Resolution which does involve lengthy court battles. It is much more affordable and far less stressful than going to a tribunal, starting litigation or going to Court.
Depression is a major consequence of family separation for both adults & children, and a major risk factor for suicide, especially amongst men.
More awareness & support is needed for the mental health of Dads, Mums & Kids, during & following family break down.
The Iris Foundation is a Registered Charity which delivers Suicide Awareness Campaigns within the community, as well as Resilience Programs within primary schools for children as young as 9 years of age.
Your support will help the Iris Foundation to provide ongoing suicide awareness & education through the delivery of their prevention programs which promote mental health & resilience for both adults & children.
Your donation is 100% tax deductible.
Fostering Hope, Resilience & Connection
