Keeping Kids Connected
Welcome to Hope Family Cottage
Hope Family Cottage is a
Privately Owned & Operated
Children's
Supervised Contact Service
providing professional supervision
for children and parents in
Sydney
and on the Central Coast.
Our beautifully appointed
Children's Supervised Contact Centres
are located in
Castle Hill & Wyong,
&
offer a private,
comfortable,
home-like space where children can safely spend time with their parent(s)
&/or extended family members under our professional, friendly supervision.
Both of our
Children's Contact Centres are conveniently located close
to public transport & have plenty of parking onsite as well as nearby.
We also provide
Supervised Contact Visits within the community at public
places such as play centres, parks, libraries as well as within private
homes of clients, if this is a suitable and preferred option.
We provide safe & friendly Children's Supervised Contact Services from our own purpose specific Contact Centres in Castle Hill, Sydney, and in Wyong on the Central Coast of NSW. We also provide Supervised Contact Visits within the community throughout Sydney and the Central Coast at public places, as well as in client homes (when safe to do so of course).
Our Facilitated Change Overs are designed to ensure a positive, conflict free experience for children (and adults) as they move from one parent/carer to the other either before and after Supervised Contact visits, or as a stand-alone service at both of Contact Centres (Sydney & Central Coast) when visits are unsupervised, but changeovers before and after are difficult.
Avoid the stress and expense of going to Court by attending Family Dispute Resolution instead. We can help you put together a Parenting Agreement/Plan which can then be made easily into Court Orders by Consent. At Mediation, you get to decide on final arrangements for your children. In Court, a stranger will decide for you. Mediate instead!
Our friendly, qualified and experienced staff are committed to keeping families connected following separation/breakdown and strengthening family relationships. We understand complex and difficult family situations and are here to help and support you and your child/children.

Nobody likes surprises when it comes to bills pay. That's why we are upfront about our fees & other associated costs for our services. Refer to our Information Brochures available for download on this website for pricing on all our various services in Sydney and on the Central Coast.
As a child safe organisation, we are committed to child safety. This is demonstrated in our leadership, in the way our organisation is managed & in all of our day-to-day activities.

🌻 Equity is upheld & diverse needs are taken into account;
🌻 People working with children are suitable & supported;
🌻 Processes to respond to complaints of child abuse (or other concerns) are child-focused;
🌻 Staff are equipped with the knowledge, skills & awareness to keep children safe through continual education & training;
🌻 Physical & online environments minimise the opportunity for abuse or other kinds of harm to occur;
🌻 Implementation of the Child Safe Standards is continuously reviewed & improved;
🌻 Policies & procedures document how our organisation is child safe.
Depression is a major consequence of family separation for both adults & children, and a major risk factor for suicide, especially amongst men.
More awareness & support is needed for the mental health of Dads, Mums & Kids, during & following family break down.
The Iris Foundation is a Registered Charity which delivers Suicide Awareness Campaigns within the community, as well as Resilience Programs within primary schools for children as young as 9 years of age.
Your support will help the Iris Foundation to provide ongoing suicide awareness & education through the delivery of their prevention programs which promote mental health & resilience for both adults & children.
Your donation is 100% tax deductible.
Fostering Hope, Resilience & Connection
as a means to reduce the risk of suicide.
Hope Family Cottage is proud to support
the important work of the Iris Foundation.
